Greek tofu benedict

Easiness: 2
Tastiness: 2

This dish took a lot of work. It required 3 other recipes in addition to making roasted peppers. The dill tahini sauce was gross, and I wasn’t a big fan of this tofu. But the peppers and home fries were good (even though I screwed these fries up a teeny).

All together it wasn’t too bad, but I preferred the cheesy sauce and tofu used in tofu florentine. But then again, once you swap out those two ingredients, you are basically just making the other dish. So I don’t think I’ll make the benedict again.

    Hi Cassie!

You probably should call a beekeeper, as your bees will need to find a hive or a cavity in a house or tree to live in, they won’t be able to survive in a tree for the long term. You should be able to find a beekeeper that attends to swarms easily online. We have a lot of them in Sonoma County.

We had a swarm this year (see my Press Democrat blog posts at http://yourtown.pressdemocrat.com/2010/03/healdsburg/swarmed/ and http://yourtown.pressdemocrat.com/2010/04/healdsburg/in-the-melissa-garden/ ).

I’m so happy you are enjoying your swarm. You’ll still have bees, too, if you decide to have them “captured.”

    Blessings,

  • Chris

So what ever happened to the bees?

Nothing exciting – they just flew away.
I’m sure they are probably in some attic somewhere :)
